It has always been a pleasure to stock books from Gray Friar Press run by Gary Fry… is it really 2005 when we bought our first Gray Friar Press books (Poe’s Progeny)? So we were very sorry to hear that Gary has decided to call it a day and Gray Friar will not be publishing any more books.
From the wonderfully named “Bernie Herrmann’s Manic Sextet,” the excellent “Terror Tales” Series and the very charming “Traditional Winter Ghost Stories” many interesting titles have come out from Gray Friar over the years.

Gray Friar may be gone, but Gary hasn’t! We’ve just taken delivery of Gary’s latest novella – The Doom that Came to Whitby Town which Gary has kindly signed.
As we are almost neighbours…. Middlesbrough isn’t that far from Whitby… perhaps we should be worried…..
