This is a first printing of the British Library re-issue B format paperback (130 x 198 mm). Introduction by Martin Edwards. The title was originally published by Harper Brothers in 1931. Read once very carefully.
The book also contains an early rare Inspector Bencolin short story – the Fourth Suspect. This was originally published in The Haverfordian in January 1927.

This is a small-sized stapled Limited Edition paperback booklet with a print run of 400 copies only with a stated First Printing August 1987.
Described as very good only because the staples have rusted a little. The pages of the booklet are clean and there is no creasing.
