The covers are showing some slight signs of wear to the extremities. Tiny crease at the bottom left-hand corner of the rear cover. There is a light crease across the top right hand corner of the front cover and some slight damage to the top edge of the cover. There is a light horizontal crease about a quarter of the way down on the front cover and some rippling to the spine nearby (production fault?).
The top and bottom edges of the pages are discoloured as is about a quarter of an inch of the leading edges due to being stored on a bookshelf. Some tanning to pages.
SYNOPSIS: “How would you feel if solid objects began to dematerialize in front of your very eyes?
When a soft-drinks stand does that just in front of Ragle Gumm he thinks he’s having a nervous breakdown. He puts it down to stress.
But as weird things continue to happen to him, Ragle’s anxiety turns to paranoia. He thinks he’s the centre of the universe, then that ‘They’ – whoever ‘They’ may be – are all out to get him. As his desperation grows, he realizes that it’s all very well being the centre of the Universe, but only if you know which Universe!.”
