A first US edition paperback with a full 1 to 9 number sequence and a stated first printing April 1984. The book also states “An original Pinnacle Books edition, published for the first time anywhere. In very good condition for its age.
Heavy age tanning to pages making them rather brown but still eminently readable (the photos make the pages look whiter than they are). The covers had, at one time, a plastic cover and this has left an impression on the inside of the covers and an imprint from the tape (see photo). The covers are showing signs of wear to the extremities with a chip at the top right-hand corner of the front cover and some chips to the head of the spine.
