First UK edition with a full 1 to 9 number sequence indicating a first printing. Age tanning to pages making them rather brown. Bumped at head and tail of book spine. The dust jacket is complete but is showing signs of wear especially at the top and bottom of the spine. Minor stain internally to top of dust jacket spine – not visible externally. Unpriced dust jacket. SYNOPSIS: “Isadora Dean and Paul Devereux are in many ways the same sort of people.
