This is a B format (130 x 198 mm) uncorrected proof copy which comes complete with a mock-up of the front cover and the publisher’s publicity handout. Unread. Unfortunately the base of the book spine and the mock-up of the cover have suffered slight damage in transit from the publishers. There is also a crease across the top right-hand corner of the cover mock-up. .
