This is an undated Book Club edition circa 1955. The title was originally published in 1954. Age tanning to pages making them rather brown (this doesn’t show up well in the photo unfortunately). Bumped at head and tail of book spine and at each of the corners and at top edge of rear board. The text block for pages 30 to 70 has come away from the binding but there are no loose pages. The dust jacket is complete but is rubbed and chipped at the edges. There is a tear at the top of the front panel and one at the bottom of the rear panel. Rear panel is grubby.
