This is a first printing of the Berkley Medallion edition with a stated First Berkley Medallion edition January 1977. Age tanning to pages making them rather brown but still eminently readable. The number 8 has been stamped across the top and bottom page edges, not affecting text. The covers are showing some slight signs of wear to the extremities; some slight rubbing.. There is a small nick and crease on edge of rear cover and a tiny crease at the bottom of the front cover.. They were once covered with a plastic film and this has left a darker patch on the rear cover and some slight marks on the first and last page. There is also a sticker on the inside of the front cover.
