A USA limited edition hardback (1,000 copies only). In very good condition for its age. Bumped at head and tail of book spine and a minor bump to the top right-hand corner of the front board. Age tanning to pages making them rather yellow, and foxing to the edges of the text block not affecting the text, also to paste downs and end papers. There is some tape residue to the front and rear free end papers. The dust jacket is complete and still shows the price but is showing its age. Some nicks to top edge and foxing both internally and externally.
