Comments & Further Information

“At all costs – stop them! Those are the orders given to Max Heald, secret service operative when he moves into the outskirts of Birkenhead for his latest battle against the ruthless forces of Section Number Nine. The time is just before Christmas. Snow is on the way. A girl has been kidnapped. Spies are at work with a plan to disrupt a new research station; and Heald has but a few days to break the ring and to prevent the loss to the Western World of valuable radar secrets.” The book is in VERY GOOD condition FOR ITS AGE in a VERY GOOD dustjacket although both the book and the dustjacket are showing signs of wear. The top edges of the pages are grubby and there is some foxing on the leading edges which impinges only to a minor extent on the page faces but does not affect the text. FFEP and EP foxed. The book remains tightly bound. Some minor internal repairs to dustjacket not visible externally. IN STOCK NOW READY FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH.
