A first UK edition hardback which lacks a dust jacket.
Bumped at head and tail of book spine. Some minor foxing to top edge of pages not affecting text. There is a production fault/damage to the top right-hand corner of pages 89-96; they have been mis-cut at the top corner and are a little short. There is also a crease from pages 89-99. Some light tanning to pages. The boards are maroon but in the photo they look more orange.
