A first US edition hardback with a full 1 to 10 number sequence and a stated First Edition: September 2011. Bumped at head and tail of book spine. Age tanning to pages. The dust jacket is complete and still showing the price, but is showing signs of wear to the extremities. Creasing at head and tail of jacket to match the bumps on the spine.

A UK B format trade paperback (130 x 198 mm). The title was previously published in the USA as Dimiter. First published in this edition by Piatkus in 2011. This is a later, second printing also dated 2011. Age tanning to pages. Covers are showing some slight signs of wear to the extremities and there is a crease across the bottom right-hand corner of the front cover.
