A first UK edition hardback in very good condition for its age. Heavy age tanning to pages making them rather brown but still eminently readable. Some minor foxing to leading edges of pages not affecting text. Bumped at head and tail of book spine. The dust jacket is complete, still shows the price but is showing signs of wear. It is rubbed and grubby and there is a small element – 5mm x 5mm of the dust jacket missing at the foot of the spine. Some foxing internally.
SYNOPSIS: “One sweltering summer afternoon, Frank Bradley, a wealthy New York advertising executive steps out of his office on the twelfth floor for a breath of fresh air … through the window.”
