Comments & Further Information

Although undated, this book is circa 1958. It is an Ex-Royal Navy Library book and bears a stamp stating “H M S Nubian” on the ffep. There is also a stamp on the leading edge of the bottom pages which states “Supplied for the Public Service”. Bumped at head and tail of book spine. The dustjacket which is fair to good is basically complete (but there are some small pieces missing at the top and bottom of the spine) but there is considerable staining to the inside of the dustjacket and some staining on the rear panel of the dustjacket. Tommy Habmledon’s twenty-second Secret Service adventure. “An Oxford undergraduate, the son of a British Cabinet Minister, has disappeared over the frontier dividing West from East Germany. Hambledon is sent out to Goslar-am-Harz to find out what has happened and to bring young George back – if he can”. IN STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE DESPATCH
