This Book club edition which lacks a dust jacket is in good condition for its age. Bumped at head and tail of book spine which is also badly faded and rather grubby. The edges of the boards are rubbed and there is a bump at the corner of the bottom left-hand corner of the front board and at the top edge of the rear board. Age tanning to pages making them rather brown but still eminently readable. Some foxing to front and rear end papers.
