Comments & Further Information

A first US edition paperback with a stated First Time in Paperback on the front cover and a stated Berkley Medallion Edition November 1971.

Heavy age tanning to pages making them rather brown but still eminently readable.  Edges of pages rather grubby.  Some discolouration to the inside of the front and back covers and to the first and last page following the removal of a protective sleeve.  Spine dished.  Covers are showing signs of wear to the extremities with some chips and rubbing to edges.  Tiny crease at top and bottom corner of front cover and bottom corner of rear cover.  Very slight damage to top edge of rear cover.

SYNOPSIS:  “Johann Sebastian Bach Smith was immensely rich – and very old.  His mind was keen, but his body was worn out.  So surgeons transplanted his brain into a new body.  The operation was a great success – but the patient was no longer Smith.  He was now fused with the very vocal personality of his gorgeous secretary, Eunice – with mind-blowing results!.”
