Comments & Further Information

A first UK edition hardback published without a dust jacket.  In very good condition for its age. Laminated pictorial boards.  Bumped at head and tail of book spine.  Some slight signs of wear to board extremities; some minor chips.  Age tanning to pages making them rather brown but still eminently readable.

SYNOPSIS:  “A series of biological disasters has destroyed the American West as we know it. Louie Hong arrives in this new and very different Wild West, determined to make his own way.  But he is at a disadvantage: most of the other cowboys are partly mechanical, and folks seem to look down on a man who doesn’t have at least one bionic hand!  With a bit of luck, and the help of Chuck, his mechanical steer, Hong builds a home on the range that no outlaws, bounty hunters, or cyborgs can take away.”
