Comments & Further Information

A first printing of the  UK paperback edition in very nice condition for its age. There is some light age tanning to the pages but this does not detract from the text and the covers are showing some signs of wear.

The First book of a two part series.

SYNOPSIS:  “The descendants of Expatria’s first colonists from Earth have rejected technology. When Mathias Hanrahan, heir to the primacy of newest Delhi, wants to re-introduce the old ways, he is framed for his father’s murder and forced to flee. Recruited by a research team which is trying to relearn the ancient technologies, he goes to work for them and against a background of impending war, Mathias discovers that messages are coming out from orbit. After a millennia-long silence, Earth has rediscovered its colony – but the intentions of the visitors are far from clear.”
