This is a first edition, first printing hardback with a stated This first world edition published 2009 in Great Britain and in the USA by Severn House.  Unread.  Pictorial boards.  Minor dent to bottom of front board caused in transit.  The dust jacket is complete and still shows the price but has some minor creasing to match the dent and also to the bottom edge of the flaps.
