This is a trade paperback-sized uncorrected proof copy of the hardback edition. Page edges are a little grubby. The covers are showing signs of wear and are scuffed and marked, especially the rear cover which also has a crease across the top left-hand corner. Bump to head of book spine. The book appears to have been bound too tightly as there is rippling to pages when the proof is open (see photos).
