Comments & Further Information

A first UK edition hardback with a single number one as the number sequence indicating a first printing.   The book is in nice condition overall.  Small blemish at base of book spine.  The dust jacket is complete, still shows the price but when held in the light has numerous marks on it, hence it is described as very good only.

SYNOPSIS:  “Robin Burnett is a powerful man. His position in the government is secure, his friends in high places consider him next in line to move into number 10 Downing Street; the White House and the CIA all rely on this man. Until the media go wild for a story about Robin and a steamy affair. Robin Burnett is a married man and so now a scandalous one. But this is not the scandal that Robin must come to terms with as he grows older. His guilt lies in the Middle East, via the US and closer to home, with his family.”
