Comments & Further Information

This is a first UK edition B format (130 x 198 mm) paperback with a full 1 to 10 number sequence indicating a first printing.  Age tanning to pages making them rather brown but still eminently readable.  Covers are showing some slight signs of storage wear to the extremities.

SYNOPSIS:  “In Seven Stars, Kim Newman tells a story that spans thousands of years and takes us from the desert sands of Egypt through fog-bound London, sun-struck wartime Los Angeles, the paisley-pattern inferno of the early 1970s and the post-2000 confusion of the present day and beyond…

This dazzling collection of barbed, pulp-style adventure, horror and mystery stories weaves together the threads of much of his work.  Five stories introduce us to a succession of heroes and villains who all take part in the multi-episode novella Seven Stars.  A blend of pulp, satire, terror and romance, this book proves that the stars have not yet set.”
