This is a first printing of the Ian Henry edition from 1977. The title was first published by Collins in 1949. Bumped at head and tail of book spine. Titles remain clean and bright. Small mark on rear board. Some tanning to pages. The dust jacket is complete, still shows the price but is showing signs of wear to the extremities. Rubbing and nicks to edges and along the spine of the jacket. Some light marks at the top of the rear panel. The flash has made the spine look purple but it is blue!
A Desmond Merrion mystery.
