Published in 2009 with a full 1 to 10 number sequence with illustrations by Dave McKean. This is the first printing of this edition (the book was originally published in 2002). B Format (130 x 198 mm approx).  Unread.  Minor bump to base of book spine which has caused a small crease on the cover adjacent to the spine.
